Heilo anti-smog cover 2-in-1 for baby strollers with air purifying function
Heilo is a 2-in-1 cover for baby strollers with built-in air purifier that fits most of the carrycots and strollers available on the market.
The key element of the product is the air filtering module, which capturesover 95% of solid pollutants (including PM2.5 and PM10 which are the main components of harmful smog).
Temperature sensors, battery status and filter usage sensors allow parents to monitor the filtering system in real-time, ensuring that the conditions inside are comfortable for the baby.

WHAT IS THE RETURN DEADLINE AT HEILO?
For online purchases, an individual has 14 days to make a return/exchange or notify via email to about your intention to withdraw from a distance purchase contract from the moment you receive the package with your purchases. After this declaration, the customer is obliged to return the product(s) within the next 14 calendar days.
HOW CAN I START THE RETURN PROCESS?
Online shopping – fill out the return form available on our website and attach it to the returned products. Proof of purchase is not required.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND AND HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT?
The refund takes up to 14 days from the arrival of the parcel at our warehouse. The form of refund depends on the method of payment chosen during the order placement.
IF I RETURN THE PURCHASES, WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR SHIPPING AS WELL?
You have to cover all the shipment cost, iin case of returning the order. We will refund the shipping cost incurred at the time of purchase (shipping from us to you) up to the amount corresponding to the cheapest shipping option available in the offer. (the price of the cheapest shipping available in our store) =(amount refunded to you). If you choose a more expensive option of transport, you will not receive a refund of the difference between the value of the chosen delivery and the cheapest method of transport. The cost of international shipping is not refunded.
